Space ownership may need to be transferred during various business operations such as transitioning deals between sales development representatives (SDRs) and account executives (AEs), or from sales to onboarding teams. Additionally, changes in personnel, such as an employee leaving the company or moving to a different team, may necessitate transferring ownership.
Here's how:
Navigate to the space list and click the 3-dot menu next to the space you wish to transfer.
Select 'Change Space Owner'.
In the 'Select a User' field, choose the new owner from the dropdown list.
Confirm the selection to complete the transfer.
