Video Block Intros allow you to personally explain specific blocks within a Valuecase Space, such as proposals, case studies, or onboarding plans. This feature helps create a more personalized experience for your customers.
How to record a block intro video
Go to the block within your Space that you want to explain.
Open the Three-Dot Menu located next to the block and in the editor sidebar.
Select the option 'Record Block Intro'.
Check your audio and video settings and click confirm
Once you’re done recording, save the intro. Your video will now be attached to the block, providing a personalized touch for your customers.
Please note: You can not add video block intros in templates, because the recordings are meant to be personalised for customers, and we want to prevent video block comments from reaching the wrong customer.
