Valuecase is a powerful tool that helps you create and manage sales journeys for your buyers.

📚 Before starting, it's helpful to understand some key terminology

Dashboard:

The dashboard is the first entry point after creating an account. You can access general settings, create and edit templates, spaces, and receive insights on analytics.

Templates:

Templates are the base for creating spaces for your customer. To get started you only need to set up a template once, reusable to create spaces for as many customers as you like. Of course, you can have more than one template, e.g. one for each product or customer segment.

Pages:

Pages are the different sections within a template. They are used to organize and structure the content of a space.

Blocks:

As their name suggests, blocks are the building blocks of a page. There are many block options available, e.g. a title block, content blocks, action plan blocks, interactive calculators, and many more. They are used to organize and embed relevant information and documents for the sales journey. You can move blocks back and forth within a page as needed.

Space:

A space is where the magic happens. After creating templates, you can use them to create your first space. A place where your customers are guided through their sales journey from start to end. During the space creation placeholders in a template are replaced with your buyer’s name and logo. You can show or hide relevant content as you like.

Now that you have a basic understanding of the key terms, you're ready to move on to creating your first space. In case you want to further educate yourself, you can book a demo here.
