Introduction

You can add and remove recepients for e-mail notifications in your space settings in the 'E-Mail notifications section'.

Here's a short video walkthrough from when we launched the latest version:

Add recipients

To add new recipients, simply click the 👤+ symbol in the email notification field for the notification type you want to enable. Then, check the box next to each recipient you want to add. That’s it—these persons will now receive email notifications when any of the listed events are triggered.

You can also add an email address for existing stakeholders so they can receive notifications, and add new stakeholders by clicking the +Add New Stakeholder and Notify button.

Remove recipients

To remove recipients, simply click the 'X' next to their name in the email notifications list. Once removed, they will no longer receive emails for that event.
