Space settings

The Space settings are accessible on the left hand side of the Space topbar, via the gear symbol. Here you can edit overarching information on your space. The Space settings are divided in four sections:

E-Mail Notifications

Here, you can setup automated email notifications to notify your customer about activities in your spaces. Read more in our article: Customer email notifications explained.

Stakeholders

View all stakeholders who have access to the space, and analytics for those with personalized tracking enabled (when customers enter their email address to join a Space).

Space Properties

Here you can update the values for any custom properties that you've setup for your space. Read more on how to setup and update custom properties here.

General settings

Here you can edit overarching information on your space:

  • Customer Logo: Click on the field to change the client logo, which is displayed in the Title block. You can also adjust the shape and pick a background color to increase the contrast of the logo against the space background.

  • First Name & Last Name: Edit the first /last name of your main contact at the buyer company. All personalisation token will be update automatically after changes.

  • Company Name: Edit the company name of your lead. All personalisation token will be update automatically after changes.

  • Book-a-meeting Link: Include or update your book a meeting link here. The book a meeting link will automatically be updated in the "Get in touch" card and the "Book a meeting" quick action in the action plan.
