A space can simply be shared with your customer via a link. The link to a space can directly be copied from your dashboard or from within a space:
From the dashboard: Navigate to the row that shows the name of the space you want to share and click on the invite icon. A pop-up with the link opens. Click "copy link" to copy the link to your clipboard.
From the space: On the top right navigation bar, you can find the "Invite" button. After clicking that button, a pop-up with the link opens. Click "copy link" to copy the link to your clipboard.

Now, you can send the link to share the space with your lead via email (or any other communication tool).
